Hawk-Eye Sensors supports the full spectrum – from eight umpires per match, to a single chair umpire, to one umpire who officiates multiple courts, and finally self officiated matches. The latter three categories represent over 99% of all matches. Sensors can provide input to the umpires, provide support for the challenge method, or even provide real time calling when no umpires are present.
